Copyright & Content Reports

This page applies to VEOS and to any product, app, website, platform, or service operated under the VEOS brand, including SWOO, Newmindr, and other VEOS services.

VEOS respects intellectual property rights and expects users of our services to do the same. If you believe that content available through any VEOS service infringes your copyright or other legal rights, please contact our designated copyright agent.

Designated Copyright Agent

Please include the following information in your notice:

• A link or clear identification of the content you are reporting.
• The VEOS service where the content appears, for example SWOO, Newmindr, or another VEOS product.
• A description of the copyrighted work or legal right you believe is being infringed.
• Your name, organization if applicable, and contact email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the reported use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a complete notice, VEOS may remove or disable access to the reported content while reviewing the claim.

Counter-notices and appeals

If your content was removed or disabled and you believe this happened by mistake, you may contact us at copyright@byveos.com with an explanation and any relevant supporting information.

Repeat infringer policy

Users who repeatedly upload, share, or distribute content that infringes copyright or other legal rights may have their content removed and their account suspended or terminated.

EU illegal content reports

If you are located in the European Union and want to report illegal content available through a VEOS service, you may contact us at copyright@byveos.com or use the in-app report feature where available. Please include the exact content link or ID, the VEOS service where it appears, and a clear explanation of why you believe the content is illegal.
